Ellen Simonetti going to crisis?

Ellen Simonetti, one of three siblings, was raised in Durham and Raleigh, North Carolina. She spent a year in Bern, Switzerland as a high school exchange student, later dropping out of high school to become first a travel agent and then a flight attendant. She was first employed in the flight industry in 1996 with a charter airline based in Miami, Florida.

After the charter went out of business, Simonetti was hired by Delta Air Lines. During her eight years with Delta, she flew German, Spanish, and Italian routes with the airline and completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish at the University of Texas at Austin.

Teddy Dupay Ex-Gator arrested on rape charge

Teddy Dupay One of the most shocking pieces of news I've heard in quite some time came just a few minutes ago when I saw a story in the Gainesville Sun that reported former University of Florida basketball star Teddy Dupay has been arrested for rape in Utah.

Dupay is a former State of Florida "Mr. Basketball" in high school who was the first recruit to verbally commit to UF coach Billy Donovan's upstart program more than a decade ago. He was eventually booted from the team amid a gambling investigation.

Depending on what happens in this rape case, Dupay's ongoing saga may go down as one of the biggest falls from grace in state history.

Considering the heights Dupay rose to -- signing with Donovan's Gators and leading UF to its first national title game (a loss to Michigan State) -- I think a case could be made that Dupay has fallen farther than any high school and college athlete in state history.
